Jeff Love
Founder & Principal Consultant
Jeff Love is an educational leader, leadership development strategist, and culture consultant with more than 20 years of experience across K–12 education, higher education, and organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he has focused on helping students, emerging professionals, and leadership teams build the communication, confidence, and relational skills needed to thrive in today’s evolving professional landscape.
As the former Director of School Culture at KIPP Texas Public Schools, Jeff led statewide initiatives focused on leadership development, school culture, student belonging, and professional learning. His work has included designing leadership pipelines, facilitating adult learning experiences, supporting inclusive organizational practices, and developing systems that strengthen engagement, collaboration, and long-term student and staff success.
Jeff’s leadership philosophy centers on the belief that strong relationships, authentic communication, and meaningful belonging are foundational to both personal growth and organizational excellence. Through Forma Leadership Lab, he brings this philosophy into partnership with schools, universities, and organizations seeking to better prepare students and early-career professionals for leadership, workplace success, and life beyond the classroom.
Jeff holds an Ed.M. in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has spent his career building environments where leadership development and human connection go hand in hand.
